House Rules

MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO BOOK!!

The home is located in a quiet, family neighborhood.

Due to this we have a strict policy on the following:

1. NO PARTIES, NO EXCEPTIONS This is not a house for parties of any kind and have a strict policy against having parties on the premises. All violators will be fined and legal action will be brought against them.
2. ★Note: This is not a party house and have a strict policy against this with no exceptions. All violators will be fined and legal action will be brought against them. No parties or gatherings! No unregistered guests allowed in the home without prior authorization and maximum occupancy at all times is 8 people. If unregistered guests are brought into the house overnight (after 11pm will be considered overnight) you will be charged $40 per person per night (for entire stay).
3. Large groups and long term stays are subject to a damage and excessive cleaning deposit fee added to the reservation.
4. All Bookings must be made with traveler profiles that have been verified with a Government ID (ie:Valid Drivers License).
5. The guests are responsible for any items missing or damaged in the home, as well as excessive staining/damage of linens, towels, pillows. Fees will be charged accordingly.
6. No Smoking of any kind, including vaping inside the home (Please use back patio, there is an ashtray outside).
7. No pets on property.
8. Quiet time outside after 10pm.

Our home has hurricane impact windows for added safety, as a bonus they are almost completely sound proof to outside noise.

Quiet family neighborhood that is walking distance to the seawall and beach. Conveniently located near Kroger, Convention Center, Pleasure Pier, Rain Forest Cafe and all the other popular attractions
Getting around
Walk, rent bike, surrey bike, or golf cart and drive the area. plenty of parking along seawall most days, and free drive on beach parking all the way down the west side of the island. bring all your gear and setup behind your car on the beach.
